$149 per fully retouched image. No session fee.
There are no upfront costs, no sitting fees, and no photographer fees. You come in, see your photos live on a large monitor, and only pay for the images you choose to keep. If you select multiple images, the per-image price goes down. You can see the full pricing breakdown at our Pricing page.
No session fee for studio visits.
Booking your appointment costs nothing. Showing up costs nothing. You only pay for the images you select after the session. If nothing feels right, you walk out without spending a dollar. That is the guarantee.

Red Oak is in Ellis County, just south of Dallas. We serve clients from across the DFW metroplex including Dallas, Fort Worth, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Lancaster, Duncanville, Mansfield, and surrounding areas.
The studio is appointment only — please do not drop by without a booking.
Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes. But there is no timer on the wall. We take as long as we need to get the look you want. If that means a few extra minutes to try a different outfit or work through an expression, we do it. You are not being rushed out the door.
You will spend the first few minutes getting comfortable, then we shoot. You watch every image appear on a large monitor in real time so you can see exactly how things are looking. There is no guessing and no waiting to find out if the photos worked.
Dress for the role you want to be seen in. Generally, solid colors in dark or mid-tone neutrals photograph best. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and anything that draws attention away from your face.
Professional: Suits, blazers, blouses, dress shirts. Bring two options — one darker, one lighter. Men, bring two shirt and tie combinations if possible.
Casual or lifestyle: A dress shirt, blouse, or clean collared shirt. A sport jacket or sweater layered on top works well.
Branded or uniform clothing: If your headshot is for a specific company or role that uses branded attire, bring it.
When in doubt, bring two options. We will help you pick the right one before we start.
Most people say the same thing before they arrive. Most of them leave surprised by how the session actually felt.
The session is one on one. There is no audience. You can see every photo on a large monitor as it is taken, so nothing is a mystery. If something is not working, we adjust before moving on.
You will be coached on expression and posture throughout. You do not need to know how to pose. That is our job. Yours is just to show up.
Yes — you are welcome to bring one friend or family member for support. Many clients find they look more relaxed and natural when someone they trust is in the room.
If you are a woman or a minor, we ask that you bring someone with you. This is for your comfort and safety.
Yes. We offer a selection of backdrops and can switch between them easily during your session.
Our signature backdrop is a dark textured gray that reads as premium and works well across most skin tones, hair colors, and clothing choices. We will recommend the option that works best for you once we see your outfit and coloring in person.
We do not offer in-house hair and makeup at this time.
We recommend arriving with your hair and makeup already done the way you want to look in your photos. There is a mirror available in the studio for any last-minute touch-ups before we start shooting.
Your online proofing gallery is emailed to you within 24 hours of your session. You browse the gallery, make your selections, and let us know what you want.
Final fully retouched images are delivered within 5 business days of your selection. Each image is delivered as a high resolution file and a web resolution file, in both color and black and white.
Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive situations. Ask about it when you book.
You do not pay.
There is no session fee. If you come in and nothing feels right, you walk out without spending anything. That is not a marketing promise — it is literally how the pricing works. You only pay for images you choose to keep.
That said, we coach you throughout the session and you see every image live as it is taken. If something is not working, we fix it before you leave. Most clients leave with photos they genuinely love.
Yes — many clients select multiple images. The more images you choose, the lower the per-image price.
Most individual professionals leave with one to four images. Actor clients often select more. Our full pricing scale is on the Pricing page — the per-image rate drops at each tier.
We come to your office. You do not have to coordinate employee travel or take over anyone's schedule for the day.
We set up in a conference room or open area, and employees rotate through in 3 to 5 minutes each. Every photo is taken with the same lighting and backdrop so the results are consistent across your entire team.
Before the shoot, we send an employee prep guide you can share with your team — what to wear, what to expect, how long it takes. That eliminates most of the questions before shoot day.

Flat rates by team size:
A $250 onsite setup fee applies and is waived for teams of 10 or more. Each rate includes one fully retouched image per employee, delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Additional image selections are $49 each per employee.
