Onsite setup fee: A $250 setup fee applies to onsite shoots — waived for teams of 10 or more. Studio sessions have no session fee; you pay only for the images you keep at $149 per retouched image.

How long does a corporate headshot session take for 50 employees?

A 50-person shoot typically runs about 4 to 5 hours, including setup. We move each employee through in 3 to 5 minutes. We schedule by department so the workflow does not interrupt your day, and we can split across two half-days if that works better for your team.

Do you travel anywhere in DFW for onsite shoots?

Yes — we cover the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with no travel fee for standard locations. That includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Southlake, Irving, Las Colinas, Richardson, Addison, Carrollton, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, and everywhere in between. For locations outside DFW, we will quote travel transparently up front.

Can you photograph our remote employees separately?

Yes. Remote and hybrid employees can come to our Red Oak studio at the $149 per-image studio rate, with no session fee. We match the lighting and backdrop to your onsite shoot so every photo on your team page looks like it belongs.

What if some employees cannot make the scheduled day?

Common situation, easy fix. Anyone who misses the onsite day can come to our Red Oak studio at the per-image rate to be added to the team set. We also offer a quarterly new hire add-on service — we return to your office on a recurring schedule to photograph anyone hired since the last shoot.

How are the photos delivered to our team?

Final retouched images are delivered through a secure online gallery within 5 to 7 business days. You receive a single download link with the full image set, organized by employee. Every image is provided in both high-resolution (for print) and web-optimized (for your team page, LinkedIn, and directories).

Do you offer a recurring service for new hires?

Yes. Many of our corporate clients book a quarterly new-hire add-on so their team page stays consistent year-round. We return on a set schedule to photograph anyone hired since the last shoot, matching the original lighting and backdrop so the team page never looks patched together.
